  • Originality: All submissions must be 100% original content. Your article should not be published anywhere else, including your own website.
  • Accuracy: Ensure all facts, figures, and statements are correct. Cite specific sources for any claims or statistics.
  • Tone: Maintain a professional, informative, and engaging tone suitable for a general readership.
  • Readability: Write clearly and concisely. Avoid jargon where possible, or explain it simply.

Formatting Preferences

  • Use clear headings (H2, H3) to break up your content.
  • Write in short paragraphs, ideally 2-4 sentences each.
  • Utilize bullet points or numbered lists to improve readability.
  • Provide high-quality images where appropriate. Ensure you have the rights to use them or they are from a royalty-free source.

What Not to Submit

  • Directly promotional articles or thinly veiled advertisements for products or services.
  • Content generated by artificial intelligence tools. We only accept human-written work.
  • Articles that have been previously published elsewhere, including on personal blogs.
  • Content unrelated to architecture, design, luxury homes, or home improvement.

Submission Process

Send your pitch or complete draft to [email protected]. Please include “Guest Post Submission” in your email subject line. Attach your article as a Word document.

Include a short author bio (2-3 sentences) and any relevant links to your professional work. If pitching an idea, provide a brief outline and a sample of your writing.
